Paris: Arrival – Pandagrin

We are finally here, 27hrs of travel and surprisingly we have caught up the time pretty well. Got into Paris @ 630am caught the train into town, dropped off our backpacks and headed out.

Was very impressed with Gare-du-Nord, will have to take some pics of it. Walked down Blvd Rochechouart on the way to Moulin Rouge, stopped by a cafe and had a cafe au lait and some nice pastries, then round the corner to Montmartre Cemetarie, then up the sensible way to Sacre Coeur round the back through some nice winding streets and sat and had a rest at the top. Walked down, almost got done with the string trick, then just lounged around until we could checkin to our accom. Nice central place in Montmartre (Le Regent Hostel).

Now we are just preparing to pack it in for a full day tomorrow. No details yet but you’ll see 😀
